There are no hidden or extra fees when you book with The Vacation Creation. 

Our properties are professionally cleaned every time a guest checks out, but in respect of your privacy, Flats are not cleaned daily. A property keeping may be easily arranged for a $75-$130 fee depending on your property size and cleaning type.

Our properties offer an environment similar to home with a fully equipped kitchen, in-Flat washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, HDTV, bluetooth sound system, coffee-maker, toaster, just to name a few. Your property is furnished with a queen or king-sized memory foam bed, efficient work-space, and you’ll have full access to building amenities.

Did you know some hotels and extended stays charge up to $40/day to park? The Vacation Creation can provide in-building parking for cheaper!

Check-In is anytime after 4:00PM, and Check-Out is anytime prior to 11AM. As we use a streamlined self-check-in process

For stays of 30+ days, you may book up to 1-year in advance. Shorter term stays are subject to booking windows and can usually only be booked if filling in between long-term stays.
